IDS, a company dedicated to commercial and residential furniture in the Caribbean and Latin America. The goal of the project was to create the new headquarters that reflects the vision of the company and the new way to understand the work area. The project is established in an unused industrial space with 10,680 square feet in Matadero street in Guaynabo, PR. The new space includes office area, showroom area and warehouse. As Being an industrial space, it provides us an adequate height to be able to design a mezzanine for the administrative area. The main approach was to maintain an open space, creating a separation by two platforms, thus establishing hierarchies between the work areas and the exhibition areas. Additionally, an area of ​​stands is created to hold staff informal meetings.
