Project Management and overall resource coordination for the construction of Xerox’s Service Center in San Isidro’s Free-Trade Zone in Santo Domingo. The project goal consisted on remodeling an existing industrial building into a modern call-center facility. The scope includes office spaces, cubicle areas, conference rooms, training rooms, reception and lounge area.
